Chicken legs in a pouch: a spectacular serve that turns an ordinary dinner into a festive

It's amazing how interesting the presentation of a dish can be made of the available ingredients. Just look at the chicken legs in the pouches. There is a place for them both at the daily and at the festive table. Another advantage is the possibility to prepare a dish in portions.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • puff pastry (both fresh and yeast can be) - 500 g;
  • chicken drumsticks - 6 pcs .;
  • mushrooms - 300g;
  • potatoes 700 g;
  • 1-2 onions;
  • milk - 50 ml;
  • butter - 30g;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the potatoes in salted water, add butter, then milk and make mashed potatoes.

At the same time, chop the onion and dice the mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to the onions fried in vegetable oil and continue to fry until the liquid evaporates (approximately 12-15 minutes). Combine potatoes with mushrooms and mix.

Fry shins on sunflower oil until tender (minutes 25-30). Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.

Roll out the dough 3 mm thick and cut it into rectangles. Divide the cut into 6 parts, from each roll out a mini-cake to seal the bottom.

Lay out 2-3 st.lozhki potatoes with mushrooms on each square and immerse the drumstick in it.

We collect the dough by the edges, lightly pinch at will and, for reliability, do not tie it tightly with thread or ribbons from the roasting sleeve. To the bones on the legs are not burnt, we wrap them with foil.

We shift the finished bags on a baking sheet, pre-oiled with vegetable oil and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.

Roasting time - 15-20 minutes. Bags should be reddened and become golden. Serve the dish to the table immediately. The main thing - do not forget to get rid of the thread.

If necessary, filling, drumsticks or dough can be prepared in advance.
