Baked potatoes - a great side dish for various dishes. However, often when baking does not work delicious crisp. Forget about it forever with a simple recipe.
What is required:
- 2 kg of potatoes;
- fresh rosemary;
- 3 heads of garlic;
- 2 liters of water;
- 30 grams of salt;
- ½ tsp baking soda;
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil;
Peel and slice the potatoes into large pieces.
Remove the leaves of rosemary from the twigs and finely chop. Peel the garlic.
Partially boil the potatoes. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil, add salt and soda. Pour chopped potatoes. Boil until soft. Potatoes should not fall apart, but the knife blade should be easy to enter.
Pour oil into a frying pan, add chopped rosemary, skip garlic through a press. Add salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the garlic turns golden. Pass the oil through a sieve into a large cup.
Drain the potatoes, put them in a cup with butter. Salt and pepper. Shake the potatoes well.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet. Spread evenly so there is little space between the pieces. Bake for 20 minutes without stirring.
After 20 minutes, gently turn the potatoes.
Continue baking and turning until it turns dark brown. It usually takes 30-40 minutes.
Move the potatoes to a cup and add the garlic and rosemary, which you previously removed from the oil, and fresh chopped parsley. Shake and serve.
